The communication with scansail and Click&Boat on really important questions was ultimately very unsatisfactory. I then contacted Roberto directly and everything was answered to our best satisfaction and we had a lovely holiday. The information on documents such as how everything has been paid for, or charter contract or if a callback is desired, should be taken into account by Click&Boat and not ask if the vacation has already started.
