For safe maneuvering (locks) and driving outside our house lake (Röblinsee), a team of at least 2 adults (physically capable) is required. Previous houseboat experience (with or without an inland driving license) is desirable. Bridge clearance height: 3.20 m (folded down railing) Draft: 0.70 m Fuel tank: 135 l Fresh water tank: 400 l Waste water tank: 400 Bow and stern thruster Underfloor heating Solar panels 2 x 25 HP Petrol: (Super 95) Billing according to consumption: €4/l or you can get the petrol at the end of the trip at the local petrol station at the purchase price (reserve canisters are provided on site.) When you start your journey you will have a full tank and a reserve canister that is already full. Family discount: Get 3% for 1 child or 5% for 2 children under 15 years and benefit from our offers Please note that the minimum stay in seasons A to C is 3 nights and in seasons D, E and F 5 nights and the surcharge for under 7 nights is 15%. Awesome boat! We had a lot of fun. There are some great routes to sail on the lake, and you can anchor in many places. However, you should keep in mind that there's nothing around you for shopping, etc. The only thing is: the whole thing is quite expensive. If you're going back to the harbor at the private marina, I think it would be quite appropriate to be able to fill up with fresh water for free.
