Great choice

Very detailed instructions upon handover as well as help getting into the port upon delivery. The boat was very clean. It was really fun. Gianpaulo and his crew are very nice. Thank you very much and welcome again.

I cannot recommend this rental company or this boat. When the boat was taken over, no one present could speak English. Although mentioned in the description, the boat does not have a bimini top and stove! We had bought extra food for cooking for the rent, which we therefore had to dispose of again. The whole communication on site at the port when taking over and handing over is a disaster. Wherever possible, additional money is required! During the safety instruction, the person had no idea about the boat (did not know where the emergency signals were, how to start the boat or where the fresh water and petrol tanks were. In addition, there was the language barrier without English.) The boat was not clean when it was taken over and the two petrol tanks were not completely full. On return we were treated very rudely and forbidden to refuel on our own in the port. Instead, someone there calculated an absolutely exorbitant price of almost 1000 € for the petrol tank filling. Although I noted several times that the tank was not even 50% empty and was not completely full when I took it over, I was insulted and threatened in Italian. I had to go to an ATM with a person accompanying me to pay cash for the tank. At first I insisted that we can drive to the gas station together and that I would pay the gas station attendant there. Of course you didn't want that. The last thing we had to do was tip someone because they were accompanying us. An impudence! I never saw the landlord Gianpaolo. The boat itself has a very economical consumption, is ideal for a tour and is a lot of fun. I would certainly make deductions for the staff, organization, cleanliness and technology. The boat's battery was bad so the sound system could only be used while underway. The waste water tank with foreign faeces was full when renting and still had to be emptied. The beds in the pictures were not made or prepared.

I want to thank Click&Boat for having met Gianpaolo the owner and Marcelo the skipper of the yacht, good and friendly people, we spent 4 spectacular days, we were in Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Capri, Ischia, Prosida, among other incredible places, thanks for the extraordinary experience in Naples, we hope to return soon, blessings and a big hug!!!
