A very nice boat and a very nice landlord.

Theo and his brother were very nice and helpful. A small problem was resolved immediately and without any complications. We were very satisfied and would be happy to come back.

Everything went well

Mixed experience. On the positive side, the boat is pleasant and responsive, and the owner isn't intrusive once recommendations are made. The equipment advertised on the website is a minor detail, but there's no onboard radio, for example, or shower (unless I'm mistaken). Where the experience is a little more mixed is regarding the final price. The initial rental was set for 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Due to an unforeseen event, I had to switch to an afternoon rental, and the owner then offered me a 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. I noticed that the price didn't change on the contract, but I wasn't alarmed, thinking it was a goodwill gesture once I arrived. On the day, the owner finally arrived at 3 p.m., no problem for me; we adjusted. During the check-in, he told us to meet at 9 p.m. (which coincided with sunset, so he was absolutely right). However, the rental time was reduced from the initial 12 hours at €217 to 6 hours, half the time for the same price. So I reasonably assumed that the full tank of gas, which was supposed to be our responsibility, would be free, especially since our consumption was very low (2 bars) since a lot of time was spent at anchor or drifting. Upon arrival, we were asked to fill the tank, and the owner filled it down to the last drop for a little over €60… The math is easy, but ultimately, it's not just the sea that was salty… I don't think the site is managed by the same person who entrusted us with the boat, but I just find this lack of judgment regarding payment a shame. Otherwise, if you book a rental in accordance with your initial reservation, you will be able to enjoy this boat.

Boat almost exactly as advertised (no shower, outdoor enclosure, barbecue, or VHF). Good communication with the charter company. The boat went very smoothly, the boat was easy to maneuver, and the kids also enjoyed the towed buoy. During our trip, we were also lucky enough to encounter four dolphins. A little clarification for novices like us: the boat consumes a lot of fuel, about 20 liters per hour. Having taken a long trip for our first outing, the fuel bill was relatively steep...

Responsive and helpful owner. Pleasant boat. Free on-site parking and fuel station. To avoid any potential disputes, be sure to take a photo of the propeller before boarding, as the access channel to the sea is shallow, and it takes about 20 to 25 minutes to reach the sea. A very pleasant boat trip.

We enjoyed a family boat trip (4 adults, 2 children). The boat perfectly met our expectations. The pick-up location is excellent, easy to access and free parking, 10 minutes from the boat departure at the port of Palavas. We will be back.

We absolutely do not recommend this rental. The owner attempted to withhold the deposit and a cash sum of €500 for a simple superficial scratch on the propeller caused by sand; no damage was noted. Given that the price of a new propeller was €160, it's clear that the amount requested was excessive. Furthermore, they tried to charge us double the actual fuel consumption, without justification. A dispute was opened on their initiative, even though we have always been transparent and cooperative. We felt this was a clear attempt at abuse. Avoid this option if you don't want to ruin your boat trip. ****************************** RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER, THEO: Very negative experience with this customer. The propeller was damaged during the rental, but she refused to take responsibility. I offered her the two options provided by the app (payment by mutual agreement or opening a dispute via the platform), but she refused to cooperate and wouldn't even sign for the return of the equipment. We're in the nautical world, where parts are expensive and specialized: this type of behavior can't be taken lightly. And yet, she allowed herself to leave a negative review. I strongly advise against renting from this person if you value your equipment.

Great outing!! Théo is punctual and professional. He was able to answer our questions and offered us great flexibility with our schedules. The boat is easy to handle and well-designed.
