Terrible experience, absolutely not recommended The communication before the booking was friendly, but once we arrived, the tone changed completely. A different staff member took over and suddenly imposed all sorts of strict restrictions. For example, we were told we couldn’t anchor near small harbors or beaches. After we expressed our concerns, the actual owner got involved and eventually allowed us to stay a bit closer to the coast. We then anchored near other boats by a beach, still about a kilometer from the shoreline. During the trip, you’re constantly being monitored via GPS. After about three hours on the water, we received a phone call claiming we were too close to the shore, even though we were safely anchored in deep water. It may have looked different on Google Maps, but there was absolutely no danger. We tried to explain this, but the man on the phone was yelling and swearing so aggressively that we were completely shaken. He shouted that the trip was over and demanded we return to the harbor immediately. He then came out himself and rudely escorted us back. We couldn’t help but feel like they were trying to get us off the water early just so they could rent the boat out again the same day. By 1:30 PM, we were already back on shore. Totally unprofessional and unfriendly. At the end, we were ignored as if we had done something wrong. Incredibly childish behavior. A complete waste of money – do yourself a favor and don’t book here.
