Boat well marine, easy to take in hand. With its high freeboard for its size, it is really safe. Its diesel engine is a plus for safety and comfort (energy). It has a nice front cabin and a convertible square. It is perfect for a couple with children. Its low draft (1.30) makes it possible to approach and anchor as close as possible. Boat 1980 very well maintained. It is very marine and you can rent it with or without my presence on board. I indicate port "blue coast" because I can make it available in Martigues or in the vicinity (Carry-le-Rouet, the Crown, ...), so do not hesitate to ask me if your rental is relatively long term. Possibility also to sail on the Etang de Berre. Grenadine's engine starts like clockwork. The sailboat is very well equipped for navigation: lifeline, distress flares, vhf, good engine....ect...) Loic has created a pretty and effective mosquito net that can be put in place of the sailboat's front door. This allows very good air passage without insects being able to enter. Antoine de Saint-Exupéry said: “Let the dream devour your life so that life does not devour your dream”. The constraints of life devoured my dream for 20 years, but on June 20, 2021, I was at the end of a week-long adventure on a 200-mile coastal cruise. I come out with my head full of images, sensations, wind and foam and an intense thirst to continue the adventure. Very good day from Port de Buc. Loïc adapted to our needs. He is a very educator and knows the area well. Perfect to progress and have a good time.
I know that my rating is going against the other reviews that have been left but it was not a good trip to sea. Concerning the boat: grenadine is not in good condition, it is not clean. Loic begins the inventory by telling us that the engine may not start every time ... The console of the start buttons of the boat is torn and in poor condition. The genoa was not mounted, we had to assemble it ourselves. Concerning the owner, loic was very pleasant before the rental. We had sailed for almost 15 years in the Mediterranean Sea, but had not sailed for 2 years. Loic to reassure us had told us that he would sail remotely on another boat. As we got into the boat, loic put incredible pressure on us, telling us that we were incapable, asking us questions to test us in a virulent way. During the day he put a lot of pressure on us, watching us through binoculars from his boat to tell us we were doing anything as we sailed quietly without recklessness. We explained ourselves over the phone and decided not to navigate to the end. At the end of the day, loic apologized and we returned the boat safely.
Jeremy was great, the boat is easy to handle and complete. the region is beautiful, to do and redo. we really had a good time.

Both Loïc's advice and the maneuverability of Grenadine gave us confidence, while it had been a few years since I had sailed! Loic has given us an exemplary reception. He took care of us all day by showing us all his best spots between Port de Bouc and Marseille (moorings, coves, dives, ports). He has been an outstanding teacher, patient, persevering and humorous to train us on grenadine and sailing in general. We look forward to re-sailing with him or renting one of his boats next time. Loïc is the perfect landlord. He is considerate, conscientious. The sailboat lends itself very well to the multi-day coastal cruises to two adults (see a child) .It is well maintained and very functional.

Loïc was absolutely impeccable! Thanks to him. Grenadine is a nice boat: agile to maneuver, pleasant to steer. He behaved very well during these 8 hours of sailing by force 5-6 gusts to 7: a big in the solent, 2 in the GV (genoa huge end of life). Engine used less than an hour, impeccable. Berth in Martigues at the end of the pontoon: super easy! I recommend grenadine to anyone for whom sailing is the primary goal!
