A nightmare. Boat in a very poor state of maintenance and zero assistance. It was delivered to us with a malfunctioning battery and we had to wait hours at the port (despite the early imbarcation) praying that someone would come and fix it to leave. Telephone and practical assistance equal to zero. After delivering the boat they charged non-existent costs and now they are in litigation.
I had rented this boat and about 2 weeks before departure I was told that it was not available and they put me a 2018 Dufour 36 gl instead. A poorly maintained boat with a whole lot of tinkering. The biggest problem was the engine which smoked a lot and I said to myself from the start. It did not fail, from the second day, water temperature alarm. The assistance is incompetent and only speaks Italian. After two days and two visits from assistance, I made the decision to return to port for repairs. So three days wasted. And when we leave, the engine consumes water and I have to add it each time I use it. In the end, not even thank you and they made me pay 150 euros for a screw that I supposedly damaged on the bridge. In conclusion: I had to deal with an incompetent agency manager and borderline honesty
