No arrivals or departures are possible on Saturdays. On Sundays, departures are only possible between 3 PM and 6 PM. No boating license is required to operate the houseboat. Up to 4 people are welcome. IMPORTANT! For safety reasons during docking and undocking, at least 2 adults with full mobility are required to book the houseboat! This was our first time on a vacation like this, and we loved it. A boat trip like this is a truly relaxing way to unwind. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the natural surroundings. The communication with the landlady was excellent; we were kept well informed of wind and thunderstorm warnings. We're already looking forward to our next time.
We had a fantastic weekend on the houseboat! It was very clean, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect for relaxing. The friendly welcome and detailed instructions were particularly noteworthy. We highly recommend the houseboat!

We were able to cruise along the Havel River in our houseboat, choose a beautiful anchorage for the night, and enjoy our time on the amazing roof terrace! It's a really nice houseboat, the facilities are great and in a new condition. The roof terrace is fantastically beautiful and gave us cozy evenings. The landlady is very friendly and gave us good advice on the tour. We'd love to come back :)
Big issues with the deposit, which took 21 days to be partially returned, only €351 came back from 1000Euro. During our houseboat rental, the steering malfunctioned, and while they eventually fixed it, we were later blamed for the damage without sufficient proof. Despite requesting an original invoice for the repair costs, we only received an unofficial summary, which you can do nothing with. Be mindful. REPLY FROM THE OWNER: We are very sorry if you were dissatisfied with our services. Our highest priority is to offer our customers a wonderful stay on our modern houseboats. It is a great pity that this tenant was dissatisfied with our services. After a detailed briefing and test drive with functioning controls, the customer unfortunately used too much force, which damaged the steering cable. The emergency call and the temporary repair were covered by our rental company as a gesture of goodwill, even though the damage was clearly caused by the tenant. Of course, all customers receive a professional invoice as required by law.
We had a very nice time. Ms. Jäger was available to us at all times.
Everything was as described, we had a really nice and relaxing weekend on the boat.
