Everything was perfect, very friendly
Hello. We booked the motorboat almost two months in advance. When we got there, it turned out that the motorboat we had booked was only for 8 people, even though the advertisement said it could accommodate 10 people, and we could not use it, but in a few minutes we would receive a motorboat of a higher standard. After 40 minutes of waiting, we received an old motorboat, with no refrigerator, no gas, no towels, no speakers, no toilet, with a much weaker engine and generally worse equipment. Because when we reported the problem to Mrs. Martina, we were told that we should be glad that we had a motorboat at all, and if we didn't like it, we should get off and she would call the police. We skipped it so as not to spoil the rest of the day. After returning, we were told that there was numerous damages to the motorboat and that the deposit would be forfeited. After a long argument, the owner of the motorboat and the police arrived and, after a thorough inspection, they did not find any damage. Ms. Martina was very rude all the time, shouted and didn't even try to find a solution to the situation. Then her husband joined the conversation and also slandered us and made obscene and vulgar gestures. This is our 6th reservation through the website Click&Boat and this has never happened before. I do not recommend !!!
June 2024 We had 2 wonderful days with this great boat ? Everything went great from A to Z, communication & organization worked perfectly. A very helpful family ?☺️ we will come back Engel family
