We had a wonderful boat trip in the Rakalj area. Klaus was very accommodating. He noticed that we had children with us and postponed our booking by a day because gusty winds were forecast. The spots Klaus recommended to us were also stunningly beautiful.
Klaus is nice in his communication and has a reasonable boat for a reasonable price. Still, the service could be better. Below are a few points for improvement to make the experience a lot better: - give a good explanation about the boat, now Klaus' employee stood by the boat with a cigarette in his mouth and just said: 'boat', and that was a complete explanation. - cushion from the aft deck was gone and was in the photo. It was indicated that it had flown away during a previous rental period. It would be nice to report that the pillow is missing. - hand over the boat with a full tank. 40 liters to sail 8 hours with 130 hp is not enough. Especially considering the fact that we barely went faster than 15 km/h and still had insufficient fuel to complete the trip until 6 p.m. - I had asked in advance if there was a 12 volt connection to connect my carbon box, but there was none. - boat has various instruments, but these are broken or do not work, such as radio, depth sounder, outdoor shower and horn. Points that are easy to solve and provide a much better experience!
