The staff welcomed us with kindness and preparation, however the rental actually started at 10:30 - later than expected. The day was very windy and as a pure sail we were given a jib that despite having always kept it semi-closed broke preventing us from completing the whole day (we returned at 15:00 instead of 17:00) Upon our return we were asked for money for the damage even though we had taken out insurance. After a bit of waiting they confirmed that we did not have to pay anything. Overall the experience was positive although the attention to detail could be improved.

Unfortunately the agreed boat was not available. Something was not functioning properly with the motor and it had also been left very dirty by the previous user. The cool box was still there and empty chip boxes were in the cabin. The shipyard owner also rightly wondered whether this boat was suitable for 7 people. We received another sailboat from him. We were helped very friendly and correctly by him and his employees.

Unfortunately my disappointment was great when they did not find the spinnaker I had requested on board. The treatment of the staff present was correct at all times but the general condition of the working rigging and sails was not desirable. For example, the genoa that the sailboat had mounted had the name "picolo" written on it, which resulted in it not adapting to any of the sheets (the one with the jib was at the bow and the one with the large genoa very far back, so the draft of the sheet was not the right one). In addition, the outboard motor, which worked well at all times, could not be lowered, so it was "dragged" by the water all the time.

The day on board the Farr was shortened due to unstable weather but the few hours on board were fun. Michele and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and available to provide practical advice in order to enjoy the lake and its wind to the fullest. I will definitely come back!

Excellent experience. Boat a few years old but in perfect working order. Particularly appreciated is the fact that port exit and mooring are done by them. Boat very suitable for the Garda wind. Even with 15/20 knots of wind it performs very well. Some suggestions for improvements: replace the cleats with cleats for the genoa sheets, the ladder is uncomfortable and labels on the stoppers would be very useful to immediately know the halyards and other maneuvers.

Very good and friendly service. Both with briefing on the boat through a small joint exit and with difficult harbor maneuvers. Parking at the marina and use of the sanitary area included in the price. If you want to spend the night with the boat outside the marina, you should discuss this with the boss in advance.

The boat was its age, but for what we had to do it was perfect, as it is the proof that I have been on a sailboat. Experience to be redone for sure, we had fun with the skipper on board, who gave us various interesting information. The boss was also very nice he even offered us a bottle of prosecco on board.

The service is well organized. Extreme courtesy and willingness to help in particular in the most demanding moments of the rental such as returning to the port in a very windy area like Riva del Garda. Beautiful day, very fun
