The worst company with the worst chatamaran I have ever seen . I don’t know who will read this , but please din’t rent this boat trust me
They put together things that were not very clear and others were told to us at the last minute. For example, the starter pack fee of 650 euros is not very clear to me. The catamaran was somewhat neglected, many times there was no hot water and what we liked least was that the bathrooms smelled like very strong chemicals. Another point is that we were not contemplating using the engine all the time, that's why we hired a sailboat, otherwise I would have rented a yacht... I mean, there were many details of lack of communication that were not very clear.
Insufficient mooring assistance. Telephone support not efficient. I have not received an answer from Click&Boat about rental insurance
