Excellent experience with Carlos and ATV charter! My wife and I booked a last minute 5 night catamaran to sail Ibiza and Formentera on a Fountaine Pajot Isla 40 and we enjoyed every minute of it. Carlos was very responsive and offered us a great value deal, being very upfront about all costs and options. Our captain Pepón and onboard chef Elena were wonderful! Overall, great experience and can't wait to sail with this company again. Highly recommended!!
The Captain Luca was very knowledgable and helpful and ibiza was gorgeous the boat was gorgeous. needs fans in rooms. Loved the trip.
Overall, a good experience, but with several areas that could be improved. The stay was generally positive, and the catamaran lived up to its description. However, I was quite surprised to see that a boat built in 2024 was already showing so many signs of wear: damaged equipment, deteriorated finishes, etc. It gives the impression that maintenance has not been adequate, despite the boat's youth. Throughout the week, we sailed solely with the engines. The skipper never hoisted the sails, not even to offer my children the experience of sailing, which I consider one of the main attractions of renting a catamaran. Another important point: I insisted several times with the ATV company that the skipper speak at least a little French, to facilitate communication with my children. This is not the first time I've rented a boat, and I know that the relationship with the skipper greatly influences the onboard experience, especially when traveling as a family. Unfortunately, this point was not respected. Finally, the skipper's behavior was quite variable: some days he was friendly, others he was unpleasant, making unnecessary comments. This made our time together less smooth than we had hoped. In short, we enjoyed pleasant family moments, but I think the service on board—and in particular the skipper's guidance—should be significantly improved.
We had a great day! Thank you very much, we are completely satisfied and see only a little room for improvement: Communication was very quick and engaging. However, there were numerous contacts via various channels and numbers. We would have preferred a dedicated contact person. Nevertheless, the service was very good, and they even booked us a table at a beach club. That worked out great. The captain was very nice and gave us a fantastic trip. We would be happy to book again, thank you very much! :)
