Passengers are invited to arrive at least 10 minutes before the boarding time. Port of embarkation: SIRMIONE 2 *In case of rental for more than one day, the boat must still be brought back to the pontoon at the end of each day*

Everything was fine with the boat! Only the communication of the lady at the reception was substandard, she quickly gave all the information and could not get rid of us quickly enough. She also said we couldn't stop near beaches, while her colleague on the boat said otherwise. To be sure, and because we saw that the beaches were overcrowded, we decided not to do that anyway, but we did get an angry phone on the way and a message that we were too close to the beaches. We weren't even close! When I sent proof with a video that her information was incorrect, we again received no apology, not even afterwards when we went to collect the deposit.

Good rental and decent boat. Good value for money
Communication was great. But maybe it was also because I speak Italian ? Luca made the contract with me and Alessia explained everything to me. Then we were taken to the boat. A little briefing and off we went. Communication was great via WhatsApp even during the rental period. Headed for the port of Portese, where Luca's colleagues were. A small Whatsapp message and we could already see that the colleague waved to us on the jetty. He boarded with us and then he parked the boat for us. We then went to eat at that time. After the meal we continued again. We had a wonderful day with our kids...
We can only report positive things, the communication was very friendly and uncomplicated. The boat was in very good condition and the briefing was good. In terms of price, this provider was one of the best. We would rent our boat here again at any time.
