This type of boat has been used for centuries as a merchant ship in the Mediterranean. Its construction techniques go from boat crafter to apprentice over the years. Its design ensures balance and safe travel especially in the Aegean, where the waves are small but strong. Captain Antonaros is holder of a B type Captain degree with great experience in local waters and oceans. Husband and father of 2 young children, with patience and a smile, he takes care of the best voyage but also an unforgettable experience. Very good experience. Not only is the boat lovely, clean and very complete for a day at sea, but the service of the family is absolutely authentic and warm. I recommend this service a thousand times, we were very happy and will definitely return when we come to Skiathos again.
The guests were consistent with their arrival time, our communication was very good and they responded promptly to any pre-trip questions. During the trip we lived as a team, guests and crew and kept the best memories. Communication in English was perfect.

Artemida traditional boat performs private day trips around the island of Skiathos exploring the sea culture with modern facilities. During the day, we are going to take a tour around the beaches that are not accessible by car, such as Lalaria and Kastro and the island Arko and Tsougria, whether permitting. During the 7- hour excursion, coffee, water, soft drinks, breakfast, lunch and fruits will be offered.
