Dreaming of a sailing holiday on the clear blue waters of the Aegean sea? We offer daily charters that are tailored to your wishes. This is the perfect way for a memorable, traditional day in the Greek islands! As your skipper and the owner of “Arkanamarin”(a wooden Nautical sailing boat) I would like to share with you my passion for the timeless beauty of this sea and create an authentic Aegean experience for you by visiting many isolated bays, and beaches in this amazing area. The sailing trip will start from Foinikas marina at 11:00. We will pass by Ag. Stefanos, a small catholic chapel literally built inside a cave, just above the sea. After that we will have a short swim at Varvarousa beach, a beautiful, deserted beach ideal for eclectic travelers for about 1 hour. Then we will arrive at Grammata, a quiet and secluded beach in the north of Syros, ideal for travelers who want to enjoy complete freedom under the tamarisk trees along the coast. These two beaches are accessible by sea, or for the more adventurous and hiking lovers via trails. We will stay there for the rest of the day. A swim in the emerald waters, will surely compensate every traveler. For those who seek absolute privacy diving in clear blue waters snorkeling equipment is also provided. A traditional seafood meal is also included consisting of two different fresh salads, pasta with mussels and a side dish. Also fresh fruits, wine, beer and water are available. Returning back at the marina of Foinikas starts around 17.00 and we arrive at the port of Foinikas an hour later. The sailing boat is ARKANAMARIN, a Nauticat Finmar 36, from Finland, 11 meters long and can accommodate up to 9 people. We hope to welcome you very soon on board!

Fantastic day out, Spiros was a great skipper! Food was absolutely delicious, would highly recommend :)
Nikos is a poor communicator. Despite numerous requests for a phone call, I was only able to speak with him briefly in the days before the trip - which certainly wasn’t enough to arrange a successful birthday boat trip. He even tried to change the day of the trip the night before! Nikos’s communication about times and what was included in the package was vague and what we actually got for our money was a joke, frankly. For 600€ we got a trip that started 1 hour later than agreed and the food and drink for the day was limited to 1 glass of wine and a few beers each, plus some salad and basic mussels with macaroni. If Nikos had talked more I could have arranged to bring a lot more food and drink. We didn’t even get offered any water. Complete joke of a trip and NOT WORTH THE MONEY
We had George taking us out for the day. He was an amazing host. Made the day very special, nothing was too much trouble. He went the extra mile throughout the whole day. Would definitely recommend him.
The boat was super nice clean and comfortable. The crew Nick and Vasilis were super kind profesional and they made us feel super cosy and we had very good time. They cooked super tasty local food, they showed us different places ans we could stay longer in the boat. Super recommended!!!
Nick was a great host. Although the excessive wind, he found a beautiful beach to stop and anchor. He was always very careful and gentle with us. He invited us for a drink and told us many things about Greece. He prepared us an delicious lunch with typical vegetables and legumes from there, it all came from his parents garden.The bread has been baked by his father as the Moussaka and the others delicacies made by his mom herself! At the end we enjoyed some fresh grapes from the orchard which he proudly offered us. We appreciated genuinely this experience offered by Nick. As a tourist is difficult to have a real and great opportunity like this to try the real Greece cousin. Thank you Nick.
