The Tarpon 49 QP is a boat to pilot yourself and without a license, which has 5 cabins: - 2 modular aft cabins to choose from: 2 single beds or 1 double bed. - 2 forward cabins with double bed - 1 crew cabin with bunk beds - 1 saloon convertible into a double berth. Sanitary level, the boat has 4 bathrooms with showers, sinks and toilets + 1 sink and 1 toilet in the crew cabin + 1 separate toilet. The booking process was an absolute disaster accompanied by unfriendly staff, we were simply speechless. Luckily the boat was in good condition and Le Canalous did a great job, especially when our toilets stopped flushing and we had to call for help. Fast, efficient and professionally done. So all in all we are happy with the rental and the vacation. But again, you seriously have to do something about your booking department.
The wrong process I hope this testimony will be read. Clickbooat is an intermediary, not an owner. Messages (sends and replies) from clickBooat … arrive erratically, never by the same person. I had a hard time following the thread of the messages. IT IS AN OFFER THAT is proposed for my part for our stay 3286 euro The offer received mentions the price and the gasoline which is at our expense, which is normal. Once the OFFER was paid in full, I received a contract. For gasoline I learn that it is a flat rate of 17.80 euros per hour of navigation, which is not mentioned at all on THE OFFER. For 6 days more than 500 euro more I received by the company and owner of lescanalous boats by mistake a paid invoice of 2664.18 while the total amount paid to intermediate clickBooat was 3286 euro The difference was taken by clikboot i.e. 629’82 euro Beware of this net trap and deal directly with the company owner in this case lescanalous.
