Excellent, perfect welcome, Nabil even lent us a car to go shopping. The boat is almost new, so new that a few small details could have been adjusted by an owner who sails a bit. The boat is very comfortable for its size, equipped like a large boat (windlass, hot water, tender with outboard, double steering wheel, etc.). The only downside is that I found the cabins not very well ventilated (it was hot).
Everything went very well. The communication and exchanges with the Uni Bateaux team were friendly and professional. I recommend them.
