Jesus was a lovely guy, very helpful, he gave us the best instructions he could but English not great (not his fault, we should learn Spanish) Easy process, no hassle, great boat but was on the small side for 5 people, would recommend! 5*
First four hours was amazing but near the rocks storm started and we tried to get to the one the ports and call the owner that we can not come back because of the too much waves and danger but he didn't care we had to ask help from other experienced people around to help us get back yo the starting point!!! Was awful !! We were going up and down 1 meter sometimes 1.5 meter very much scary !!!! And owner only cared about his boat!!!!! He was no lt even helping !!
Jesus was perfect! Very friendly & helpful :) he was super available when we asked to go back a little earlier as the kids were already tired

Terrible service, I would not contact this company again. I booked the 6-person boat for 8 hours days in advance and to start with they contacted me 15 minutes after the reservation time, when they contacted me they told me that there had been a problem with the reservation due to the application and they did not have any boat available, which sounded like a Chinese tale, finally they offered me a smaller boat for 3 hours much more expensive than the one I had booked, it seemed to me that they were making fun of me to the point that I thought it was a scam, finally they gave me my money back.
