There are many accommodations ON the lake, with us you get accommodation ON the lake. The only way to get closer to the water is in your swimming trunks! Welcome to your small, lovely holiday apartment, which will lull you to sleep to the rhythm of the waves. Beer garden, beach, thermal baths, spa, numerous restaurants and activities are within a short walking distance. We'll leave you in peace :), but if you have any questions, concerns or requests, a member of our family-run team is available to help you at any time. Staying on a houseboat has a few special features and so that your holiday with us goes the way you want it to, we would like to point out a few important things from our accommodation description: 1. Our houseboat is offered as a permanent mooring, so you CANNOT drive it. However, there are numerous ways to explore the lake during your stay with us; if you are interested, please feel free to contact us at any time. 2. Our feel-good boat is a boat, so it is relatively small compared to a holiday home - 8x3m external dimensions, living space approx. 4x3m, in which there are 4 beds (a seating area that can be converted into a double bed in three easy steps and a bunk bed) and the kitchenette. It is located next to our boats and other boats in a harbor, so you don't have a private jetty to yourself - that would hardly be affordable in Bad Saarow :) 3. On board there is a normal flush toilet and a small hand shower on the land side outboard. For more comfort you can use the lockable harbor showers and toilets free of charge, these are about 100m from the boat. 4. Our boats were originally designed for driving. To improve maneuverability, lightweight materials were used in the construction. Therefore, due to the resulting load limits, for example for the toilet and bunks, we can only welcome people with a body weight of up to 110 kg. 5. We have bedding on board, but you must bring your own bed linen, sheets and towels. Alternatively, you can rent bed linen and sheets (but not towels) from us for a fee of € 15.00 per person; please let us know. 6. If you are allergic to animal hair or are travelling with a dog, please contact us immediately by phone so that we can book you on a pet-free or pet-friendly boat, depending on availability. Please let us know the breed and weight of your dog in advance by email.
