Our vacation was very nice, and that includes the yacht. Not brand new, but great. ?? We had fun ?

There are only 3 sockets, 1 each in the bathroom and 1 in the kitchen and two cigarette lighter sockets, there could be a few more, otherwise a nice boat

We had a wonderful weekend on the Silhouette. Jens explained everything to us wonderfully, and the drop-off and pick-up went smoothly.

We booked the boat for 1 week and were very surprised and delighted. The boat fulfilled everything we expected. The contact was great and questions were always answered quickly. We will recommend the landlord.

The handover was delayed by two hours, and we would have liked to have called so that we didn't have to wait so long with a baby and two dogs. We were also somewhat late in returning, and we paid the delay (minus the late handover) by the hour. So far, everything went fairly. The boat was as described, and everything else went smoothly.

The boat is in technically perfect condition. There are large sun pads for sunbathing on deck, enough fenders and finally enough hooks to hang up towels, potholders, washcloths, etc. An electric anchor winch and a manual with application videos on a tablet round off the comfort. The instructions were very good. There is a cruise atlas that offers a good overview of the area, but more detailed information, e.g. about lock dimensions, etc. is missing. We had our own maps with us, though, so it was fine for us. The only thing that could have been better would be a hose on the tap on the bathing platform, so you could rinse yourself off straight after bathing, more coat hangers and a lid in front of the freezer compartment. Friendly landlord who is easy to reach. Would be happy to come back anytime.

The boat is in good condition, but the lighting in the saloon is catastrophic, especially when preparing food. Since every spot has a switch, it is difficult to find one in the dark. You cannot use the freezer compartments in the refrigerators because the doors are missing When mooring the boat, whether in the harbor or in the lock, the constant rehanging of the ropes and fenders is annoying. The middle windshield wiper wipes at a height where you can't look out while sitting and I'm not the smallest (1.90m). The diesel consumption is too much for me very high because I hardly drove above 1000 rpm. All in all it was a nice vacation. Thank you With best regards, Detlef

Smooth boat handover, nice reception and good value for money. Again and again?

Everything is great, unfortunately it is unclear about Click&Boat that an SBF is required. Luckily we had it.

After repeated reminders to write a review, here is my experience report. The "Silhouette" is nice and spacious and clean, even if it is showing its age. However, those interested in chartering may be interested in the modalities of billing additional costs, in this case the billing of fuel consumption according to operating hours. At the time of handover, it was agreed that a consumption of 6 liters of diesel would be charged per hour of operation (€2.25/l). However, we were not informed at the time of handover that the operating hours counter does not take the engine performance into account, and the time spent idling was billed at the same price as the time at full load, except that we were only driving at reduced speed (power) due to existing valve damage on the engine were allowed. As a result, we were charged 213 liters of diesel, even though according to the fuel gauge we had used about 1/4 of the tank capacity - i.e. a maximum of about 150 liters. Presumably, this charter company also bills its other two ships in the same way. Another not-so-optimal circumstance for ship operation is the fact that you don't know how long the anchor chain is on board, and there are no length markings on the anchor chain, which means you can only guess how much chain is out. In addition, the important knowledge of the water depth that the echo sounder effectively indicates is missing in this context. After all, everyone with their pleasure boat license has learned something about these connections between water depth and length of the anchor chain/line...

Jens instructed us in detail and took the extra time to give us tips on the boat tour; The boat was very well maintained, only the engine was a bit noisy below deck, but above deck and with the door closed it was not a problem. Everything else worked very well, it offers plenty of space for 4 people and is fun to cruise through the waters with.

Overall service and handling very good. Fixed engine problem before our start. Since the starter also weakens from time to time, this raises questions

Nice spacious boat but had some overdue maintenance for Dutch standards. Landlord responded quickly to questions.

We had a great time on the boat. Very spacious, clean, really well equipped. With the best weather, we were able to sit very comfortably on deck, eat and enjoy and jump into the water from time to time. The starter battery didn't work so we had to bridge the gap in the engine compartment. We were unsure what a good itinerary for 4 days might be. I wish you could get more tips next time. Jens is very uncomplicated and a pleasant landlord.

Great landlord, very good instruction. At minus 7 degrees at night, the auxiliary heating was at its performance limit, which is understandable though...

They were days of relaxation and rest. Jens instructed us excellently, explained everything and gave us a few tips along the way. The boat fully met our expectations. Gladly again at any time.

So you can only give full points in all points. The boat is in top condition, the introduction is thorough, the price-performance ratio is reasonable. The communication and the service top. On the way we had a small Breakdown that was immediately fixed by Jens within an hour. What else can I say. All-round top service and above all very flexible, after we had to break off the tour prematurely due to illness, Jens reacted very well and picked up the boat, so I don't think I need to say or write anything more about it, that speaks for itself. All around a great package. Any time. In terms of landscape, Berlin/Brandenburg is great.

Great boat, very spacious, clean, very good technical equipment. The landlord is very reliable and friendly, quick and unproblematic communication. Great area with beautiful waterways and good infrastructure on land.
