The boat was not ready when we arrived (5pm), although the wait for the formalities lasted more than an hour. Once on the boat for check-in, none of the requested (paid) options were present. The staff went to get the missing equipment drop by drop... - gennaker provided, but the fittings to rig it not present, no halyard - dinghy provided, without oars - dinghy engine provided, test out of the water during check-in, to realize later that the propeller does not turn once in the water (broken safety pin?). Not practical without oars - sheets missing for 2 people out of 8 - shower towels not present Too bad, the islands are magnificent. Fortunately I was able to get a refund for the unusable options (after negotiations anyway)
