Recommended itineraries Sailing south, we recommend a visit to the Ripalta Cave, visible only by sea, with a stop for snorkeling. Heading north, we sail towards Trani, admiring the coast and waterfront of these two towns. There are several places to stop for a swim, thanks to the SUP board provided by the charming skipper. If you reach the city of Trani, you can admire the monastery, the famous cathedral, and the trabucco, an ancient coastal structure once used for fishing. The entire coast is ideal for a swim.
