We had a great day with a group of girls. Everything was explained well and we had a lot of fun. Communication was very straightforward.
Amazing service and such a good day out ! Highly recommend. We visited on a cruise and it was a short walk away from the terminal. Good communication via WhatsApp and the day ran very smoothly. Customer Service at the boat was also very good !
A really great day on the boat, the boat was perfect for a trip for two!
The contact person on site was very nice. Unfortunately, the sunshade we had booked wasn't available, as it had been returned defective by the previous renter. Unfortunately, there wasn't a replacement. At one point, we had problems starting the boat. Help arrived relatively quickly, but it did limit our enjoyment of the trip. The swimming ladder is only suitable for super-skinny acrobats. One of us even injured himself on the ladder. All in all, a nice trip with a few mishaps and little discount for the resulting limitations. So if you want to swim, only rent this boat if you're flexible and thin enough to get back into the boat. Otherwise, it was fun.
We didn't get a boat. The boat rental guy said the weather was too bad. What about the refund now??
