I am very dissatisfied with the boat because the listing stated that it would have a sunshade (bimini), speakers, and a cooler box, but none of these were available on board. Before the booking, I also contacted you through Click&Boat and was told that the sunshade would be included. Even though the response came from an AI assistant, I trusted the information because it was also clearly stated in the boat description. When we arrived, we were therefore very disappointed to find that these amenities were missing. The owner said that we would receive some compensation for this, but the only thing we received was a €10 discount on the fuel cost. I find this to be very poor compensation considering that the boat did not match the description or our expectations. It was also very difficult to find the correct location for check-in. We walked around several times but could not find it. In the end, we had to call the owner, who then came to meet us. The area was poorly signposted, and there were no signs at all indicating where to go. This made the check-in process unnecessarily confusing and frustrating.

Hello, to be honest, the experience with the boat wasn't the best, as the level of cleanliness was truly appalling (hair, cigarette butts, etc.). Furthermore, upon arrival, we had to go refuel with Marco, one of the staff members (on the other two occasions we rented boats this August in Sardinia, we didn't have to do this). There was no prior preparation, explanation, or recommendations. Also, the engine would stall (shut off) if you moved the lever gradually; they told us this was normal and that we should move the lever by tapping it (absurd). Finally, they sent us a message asking us to refuel upon our return (crazy, since no one explained the procedure). Therefore, and I'm very sorry to say, I think we would have enjoyed the experience much more with a different boat. I would only repeat the experience if there were no other alternative.
The booking process was smooth, and the boat was as described and in good condition. However, almost all of the extras mentioned in the description were missing. The bimini top for shade (very important) was only provided upon request and had to be installed by us at sea (without instructions or any other explanation). The cooler and snorkeling equipment were completely absent. Fuel costs were calculated afterward based on a rough estimate.
We had a great time despite the weather not being great. The guy was very friendly and made everything much easier for us. We had a fantastic time.
It was a fantastic experience cruising along the coast of Cagliari by boat. The pick-up location could have been described a little more precisely. What we were missing on the boat were diving goggles. This is the only thing that didn't match the description. At the end, there was a fuel surcharge, which you shouldn't forget to factor in. However, it can easily be paid with a card. All in all, we recommend Lorenzo's boat rental service ?

Everything was great. Only the fuel billing system unfortunately has the potential for fraud. The amount consumed is simply estimated without any precise control. A liter costs €3 (which I consider expensive). Everything else was great!

We had a great afternoon on Gianmarco's boat. The pick-up location, at the port of Cagliari, is excellent, and the guy who helped us was punctual and very friendly. However, I would like to mention that the cost of fuel is not included in the price of the boat rental. This amount seemed to us to be calculated inaccurately and high. After the attendant checked the tank and gave us a price that seemed to be an "eyeball" estimate, we made our own rough calculations considering the type of engine, the time of use and the power used. Based on this data, the cost we ended up paying was significantly lower than what we ended up paying.
We had to pay too much for gas even though we only used the boat in the morning.

Had a very nice day. The boat looked neat and the explanation by the employee was good and clear. Unfortunately, there was no cold cooler available and the Bluetooth radio did not work on board, but those were just minor things. Great boat and nice area for a day of sailing and snorkeling.
Great experience from start to finish, Communication is perfect, the rental companies respond very quickly, the boat works perfectly and is easy to use. I highly recommend it if you are hesitant about making your first trip to the sea.

Great communication with the people who take care of the boat, available via WhatsApp. Very warm welcome, everything was explained to us before leaving and we were able to try the boat with the skipper before leaving independently. He sent us directions to follow the route on the sea which runs along the coast. Unfortunately, we had bad weather on the boat (rain) but if the sun would have been present, this activity would have been even better. Very good time and thank you!
