Hello, We offer you for charter with Captain, 2 sailors and 1 steward our wonderful Versilcraft, available from Cannes or other ports in the Mediterranean Sea. The capacity on board is 36 people during the day and 10 people at night. This yacht has 4 cabins: 1 master suite, 1 VIP cabin, 1 double cabin, 1 quadruple cabin and 1 twin cabin with two single beds. Cruising speed: 19 knots Max speed: 25 knots Prices : Promo from April 1 to May 31, 2021: For 12/36 people: 5000€ per day (VAT + APA to be defined according to the type of contract) * Modality to be seen according to the types of contracts * The APA represent 30% of the amount of the reservation. We offer weekly, weekend and even day cruises. Compliance of the boat NIL Comfort on board NIL Standard of Maintenance NIL Welcome and communication NIL Cleanliness NIL Value for money doesn't deserve. Boat very old, no maintenance since the refurbishment in 2009. No stabilizer cracks on the interior decoration making it very noise. Very bed smell in the Cabins Difficulties communicating with the crew in English, Captain fairly understand and speak English. Cleanliness very poor, Catering on board not at the level of expectation.
Apparently the clients were not happy on the first day of their charter wich I understand. I think there were some mistakes concerning the Choice of the boat by their agent MONDHER for this type of client and also a huge mistake to go to Portofino in a 3day charter since there is a 12-15hours navigation. In my opinion ,they should have stayed around Cannes , St.Tropez, Cap Ferrat. Its hard to advise the clients since we don’t have a directly contact with the client before the contract is signed. Concerning the feed back from their travel agent MONDHER , who never put his feet ont the boat,it is the first time we have a negative critic: 1- The boat was completely cleaned and disinfected for the clients as we always do. All the rooms hava an air freshner and the stewardesses clean it twice a day. Also we put fresh peonies in the boat as requested. 2- The captain speaks English but the clients didn't, also they didn't know what to do ; they arrived in Portofino and they did’nt have anything planned like drivers, restaurant bookings or tours. It’s their agent job to do that and we would have done it with pleasure if requested but with a previous notice. 3- The clients said the boat was old. Its is clearly said on the top of our announce that the boat is from 1988, (34years). If I knew the clients were from Kwait I would have proposed a much more modern one, but the price as I explained to their agent would be 160000 per Week. Our pictures correspond exactly with the reality of the boat. 4- They had nice meals prepared by our chef ;;; lunch and dinner with fresh fish and sea food and apparently they loved it. 5- Concerning the wheater we had a nice forecast but this is Something we cannot control. The sea can change in a question of minutes. 6- They didn’t have jet-skis in Portofino because they are prohibited there ; not allowed at all. 7- Since they were in Cannes, we took things in charge and they had a wonderful day, jet-skis, parachutes, etc. I’ve booked myself without any confirmation from their agent or the clients. It was clear since the beggining that we had snorklings, sublue, paddles and inflatables and if they wanted jejt-skis they had to confirm. We’are in the middle of the high -season and this ammenities have to be booked many days in advance. Finally , I hope and I think they had a good experience in the end. They left the boat with a smile and they also gave a nice tip to the boat crew ;
The boat should come into the port of La Galere! It didn't come and there was 0 communication!!! I was in the harbor with 30 guests and had to be tendered!!! Groceries and guests… that took more than 1 hour back the same! The driver of the tender had no idea 5 people were dragged onto the boat 2 of them almost fell between the yacht and the tender! It was terrible and incredibly dangerous!⚠️⚠️⚠️ The service lady on the boat spoke neither English nor French nor German! ⚠️⚠️⚠️ We lost 2 hours and I left a lot on my nerves!
