Very bad experience with this person. We had reserved the boat for a day but at 12 p.m. the battery failed, we should have been careful when the owner showed us where to find the pliers. We had to shorten the day but to avoid causing problems we wanted to resolve the problem amicably without going through Click&Boat. Serious mistake! The owner offered to rent us the next day at the price of half a day, which we did. But then the next day at 1 p.m. he called us to ask us if we were on our way back! Because in the meantime he had rented the boat to people for the afternoon! We had to pay again to be able to keep the boat in the afternoon, in the end no commercial gesture, nothing! Run away from this person who is dishonest and who only thinks about the financial aspect when it is he who is at fault. Or go to Click&Boat in case of problems!
