Our Bavaria 44 is a complete, luxury and very comfortable yacht with 3 double cabins and 2 bathrooms. It is the owners version with a spacious front cabin en suite. The bed has high quality real bed mattresses. You will find plenty of space for your clothes and personal belongings. The saloon is cosy, with the kitchen area along the port side. Enough working space if you like to cook and a large fridge which will be always cold because it is powered by solar panels. She sails fast and easy, with furling main and genoa. There are 2 steering wheels which makes the yacht easy to enter when moored stern to the quay. Electronic instruments: auto pilot , GPS chart plotter, log, depth sounder, wind instruments, VHF. Wheel steering. Bimini, spray hood, cockpit cushions, cockpit table and cockpit shower with cold and hot water. Dinghy + outboard (3,5 pk). Electric anchor windlass. 220 V shore power. Sailing since childhood in Friesland (Netherlands). Later crewed on Dutch tall ship Eendracht on coastal waters. Went to Nautical College in 1980 and worked as a navigator on merchant navy. In 1989 we started our own charter company in Corfu, Greece. Skippered flotilla sailing holidays for 30 years in the Ionian.
