Hello everyone, This description is valid only for dayly cruises with skipper and hostess excursions!! Are you visiting Corfu for a holiday and have time to explore the beautiful coastline? A private cruise is a perfect option for you! Cruise along the central eastern coastline, including the 2 fortresses, the old town of Corfu, the Garitsa Bay, Mouse Island, Vido Island, and Lazaretto Island, with several stops for swimming and snorkeling. Also Food and beverages are included ! - White Wine - Beers - Refreshments - Water - Ice - Sandwich - Chips Starting your cruise from the Marina at 10 a.m. or at 5 p.m. for the afternoon cruise, head towards the old town of Corfu and the two fortresses. Sailing towards the old fortress, you will reach Garitsa Bay, looking at the southern side of the fortress. Garitsa Bay is a natural anchorage where super yachts drop anchor. Mouse Island will be the next location you will see, where you can stop for a while, giving you the opportunity to photograph the planes landing overhead. The boat must be in the marina previous day of disembarkation at 1800 latest !!(Friday most of the cases)Check out starts at 0900 in a boat full of diesel ,fuel and water and empty of luggage garbage and people. The charter company retain the right for operational or other reason without any notice to change or upgrade the prebooked boat with similar or better... The use of the boats are for vacation,recreation,sport and leisure and not to be used for any other activity or non aproved purposes.In any case of no follow the terms and timeframes the charterer can be announced as non shown or non matching the terms and charter might be terminated on his expences and losses due to bad performance not complying to the terms. *In case of later arival hour base personel and administration and extra charges might occur according our services plan. Entry to marina and vessel can notbe done prior documentation ,carter contracts and payments fullfilment.

Check-in procedure: they give you a paper and you are supposed to go through the boat and look for each single accessory listed in the paper. No support and no assistance during check-in The charter mooring is totally uncomfortable. From the berth we had to jump through 4 boats before getting into ours (luggage, pantry, etc.). The boat was delivered with half the fuel tank. When I went to refill the tank, the fuel level did not move: the tank level indicator did not work The water tank level indicator did not work the whole period Main sail damaged Navigation lights did not work (red light out of service) Two mooring lines only, one of them undersized and damaged. No floating lines for shore mooring Some of the pulleys were broken The anchor guide plate on the bow had all bolts loosen The bot’s wheels had 30 degrees idle run The wc pump had leakage through its shaft The chartplotter had no nautical maps loaded All drinking cups were made of glass rather than plastics (very dangerous in case of break) ************************************** Reply of the owner : We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we would like to clarify a few important points for accuracy. As for the mooring arrangement, the layout of the marina is sometimes subject to seasonal congestion and is outside our direct control. However, our staff is always on-site to help customers board safely and manage luggage when needed. Fuel and water tank levels, similar to car rentals, are not always full upon delivery. What matters is that they are returned at the same level, as per the charter agreement. We remain committed to improving and are always available to support our guests before, during, and after their sailing experience.
A very friendly welcome. We received an upgrade (to a larger yacht than booked). Check-in took a little longer than expected because the port police didn't sign the papers until the next morning. During the trip, the team provided excellent support. They were available via WhatsApp and responded promptly to questions, allowing us to quickly resolve minor issues along the way. Check-out went smoothly.

Terrible experience Initially, three days before, they asked us to make a bank transfer for the security deposit because it wasn't possible to pay by credit card. They wanted us to sign the contract before checking and briefing the boat, which we hadn't even seen. After much insistence and the threat of calling the harbor master, they took us on board. The boat was moored parallel to the dock in the third row, so it didn't have a dedicated berth. We only managed to complete the check-in by 8:30 PM, after the scheduled 5:30 PM check-in. And even then, some of the towels and pillows were still missing, and they were brought to us late in the evening. The sheets were only the mattress cover. After problems with the electrical system on the first day, we were in port 12 miles away, despite several requests in the dedicated chat, which only resulted in the blame being placed on us for not being able to provide instructions (the connection plug had two terminals not connected). to the electrical cable, which were also in an advanced state of oxidation) and which we fixed ourselves (it took about three hours to figure out where the problem was), also because the LED on the shore connection panel wasn't working. Then, as we gradually used the boat, they discovered that the level of the dishes and their cleanliness was decidedly insufficient, a gas stove was burning abnormally and we never used it. The navigation instruments gave different indications from each other (two compasses, GPS and autopilot!!!), the engine hour meter wasn't working and the engine tachometer was intermittent, and the engine was leaking oil (which was noted during the check, as was the diesel pressure gauge, which wasn't at full but just above half, and they wanted us to sign the contract first, which stated that it was to be returned full!!!) After all, we finally wanted to return to port in Corfu a day early, but they told us that wasn't possible, after several insistences they told us that there wasn't one. We asked for a place and to see the contract!!! We also asked them to find us a place and that we would also pay separately, but there was no response. After checkout on July 19th, when they double-checked everything, even the things they hadn't shown us in the briefing, like sails, rudders, etc., everything was fine. The deposit was refunded on July 23rd.
