was a very good and smooth experience , the people , the comfort , the location of the boat and the marina old harbour, the visited places was total satisfactionary and value for money never meet agai n
The boat was delivered 6 hours late and had malfunctions. Communication to resolve the issues was terrible. We lost almost two days of vacation, which were partially refunded.
The boat was not ready on the scheduled check-in time due to its late arrival and damages caused by the previous renter, which unfortunately delayed the customers’ check-in by several hours. Furthermore, the skipper initially assigned to this trip became unavailable without notice. After considerable effort, we arranged a replacement skipper who arrived Sunday evening instead of Saturday evening.It is important to note that a storm warning was in effect on Saturday evening and Sunday partially, making sailing unsafe and not possible during this time. We apologize for the unpredictable human issue that kept st skipper away To resolve the matter fairly, we will reimburse part of the boat rental and skippers fee
