A fair review of my charter must have three parts: the booking agreement from Click and Boat, the boat itself, and the support from the charterer. My booking agreement, the dates, equipment available, costs for amenities, etc. from Click and Boat, did not match reality. For example, the C+B agreement said the cost for sheets and towels is €15 per day. This wasn't true. It was included. C+B said there was an autopilot included, but it was not. C+B said the charter concluded on the 27th of September, but the actual charter documents stated 28th of September. This led us to make unnecessary, non-refundable hotel bookings. The boat itself, from 2009, is old for a charter boat and had problems typical for a boat of its age. However, with any problem we had, Vassily, Dani and their team went above and beyond ordinary support and did everything possible to keep us happy. We are very thankful to them. So, although our charter did not go exactly according to plan, we had a great vacation and look forward to sailing in Greece again.

All went well, despite a few issues: - check-in was rushed and without proper explanations about the boat's operation - the staff spoke almost no English - the boat was found with a broken halyard: replaced upon check-in - some missing equipment: tender pump, emergency tiller, lines over 10 meters in length - the headsail is very small and the reserves are too large to allow for easy adjustment - short anchor chain (40 meters): not safe when mooring Overall, the boat's maintenance is very poor. The charter staff were always kind, and the Wapp group's communication was excellent, always diligent and timely. When the battery problems became beyond the boat's control, they came to replace them, and we haven't had any other electrical problems since.
marta is a sailor but the crew not familiar ...They had in mind only the lowest possible budget .we did ouyt best to make them happy at lowest prices and many unpayed hours and services ...we have heard many time thank you and they vere happy but the rental evaluation isnt reflecting the reality ...we are very sorry if people dont apreciete the best possible choices for their budget
