Boat rental in Hora Sfakion · Planatech — 570 (2004)

Unfortunately I cant go higher with the review. Since I payed quite fortune (400eur) for the rent, and the service back wasnt really equal. The situacion is following: i requested booking of boat for specific day. They said the reservation is not possible for that particular day. So they sent me back several other options of other possible bookings. (another different days or different boats). There was some back and forth messy chats but at the end I ve proceed with the booking of the boat from one of their sudgested options. It was for whole day. Unfortunatelly i got confused by 4 other different bookings and I ve arrived one day after the actual booking. (Obviously my fault). BUT what I ve expected from them, was at least letting me know durring the day (when the booking was active) if I am on my way or not. And they didnt so. I even asked them durring that day where I should arrive tomorrow, and they didnt even notified me that the booking is already gone. Thay could at least call me back. And since I ve payed in advance 400EUR, (which is not just common rent of small boat) i just wasted those money! So not very fair approach!
