It can be rented for up to 10 people since it has 4 double cabins and a convertible saloon. You have the possibility to rent this catamaran with or without skipper! The latter is 11.55 meters long and 6.53 meters wide. You will have all the space you need for your comfort! Cordially. ************************************************** * Extract from T&Cs ************************************************** * ARTICLE 2: Termination of the contract by the tenant Before taking charge of the boat: if the lessee renounces the rental and terminates the contract with the lessor, the collection of cancellation fees by the lessor will be done, except in cases of force majeure, under the following conditions: The tenant must notify in writing of the cancellation of his rental (email or post). - More than 6 months before the start of the rental, the deposit(s) paid will be returned deducted from the administrative costs of €150. - Less than 6 months before the start of the rental, the deposit(s) paid will be returned if the boat has been re-rented, deducted from the administrative costs of €150. Otherwise, the deposit(s) paid will be acquired by the lessor. - Less than one month before the start of the rental, all sums paid to or received through the reservation of an agency are acquired by the lessor. Please note: in the case of the subscription of a crew member (skipper or host/hostess) he will be charged compensation fees for cancellation within one month up to 50% of the amount of his benefit. The lessor informs the lessee of the existence of cancellation insurance. West Insurance partner. When taking over the boat: if the boat returned by a previous tenant is not seaworthy due to significant damage and if the rental company is unable to offer a boat of equal characteristics or higher, the tenant may break this contract and obtain the refund of the sums paid. In the event of a delay in taking over the boat for more than twenty-four hours, the tenant may terminate the contract and will be refunded the amount of the rental deducted from the €150 administration fee. ARTICLE 3: Termination of the contract by the lessor In the event of damage occurring during the previous rental or of an impediment beyond his control, the lessor cannot give the enjoyment of the rented boat on the agreed date, he will be required: either to make available the tenant a boat of a similar or superior type with the same number of berths or to return the deposit(s) paid. The tenant cannot claim damages. In the event of late provision of the boat, the price remaining to be paid by the tenant will be reduced by the price of the rental days of which the tenant will have been deprived, increased by the actual costs incurred by the tenant (accommodation costs only limited to 80 € per night for two people and only if the tenants cannot be accommodated on another boat) while waiting for the delivery of the boat. The tenant cannot claim damages. ARTICLE 4: The deposit A deposit must be paid by the tenant upstream by credit card. The tenant agrees to have taken the necessary steps with his bank to have sufficient ceilings on his card. Its purpose is to guarantee the deterioration of the rented property or the losses and damage not covered by the insurance as well as financial damages due to non-respect of the contract. If the boat is returned in good condition, the deposit must be returned to the tenant in full within a maximum period of 21 days. Conversely, in the event of deterioration of the rented property or losses not covered by insurance which are attributable to the tenant and are not consecutive to an event at sea, a deduction from the deposit will be made to cover all or part of the restoration costs. The amount of the deposit deposited for the boat is between €4,000 and €6,000 depending on the catamaran. If the client has chosen to take a skipper, his deposit will be reduced to €2000.
