With a length of 12 m and a width of 4.2 m, it offers enough space for the whole family on approx. 30 m². Thanks to solar energy and inverters, the innovative concept enables you to enjoy comfort and independence. The hot water heating in combination with the insulation gives you the opportunity for a great vacation even in autumn and winter. Maneuver your houseboat in the harbor from box to box with ease with the built-in bow thruster. Find the most beautiful anchorages that others do not see with our anchor system specially developed for houseboats. We wish you relaxing days and great sunsets in Berlin, Brandenburg and Mecklenburg Western Pomerania. Come on board, we look forward to seeing you! Living room with steering position, table and chairs, sofa (folds out to form a double bed), cupboard and kitchenette as well as large picture windows. 1st bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe with mirror, window and a door to the rear terrace, 2nd bedroom with double bed and wardrobe with mirror, bed boxes can be used as storage compartment, a window and 3rd bedroom with bunk beds, lower bed box can be used as storage compartment, cupboard with Mirror and a window. Bathroom with shower (large shower tray), electr. Toilet and sink. Stern terrace with outboard motors, gas locker, emergency generator and bathing ladder. The front terrace with table and camping deck chairs (with adjustable footrests) is ideally accessible through the spacious patio doors.
