We have already rented this boat from Wicem several times and everything went always smooth - quick and reliable communication, very friendly, flexible with regard to weather conditions and trustworthy.

We had a very nice day on the boat. Our captain Sammy took us to many different locations.

Boat is damaged, not clean, chart plotter not working, bimini broke. Boat was meant to be in La Ciotat on Click&Boat, but was actually in another port 20 mins taxi.

The boat rental was excellent. The charter company was very friendly and gave excellent advice. I recommend this rental.

We had whitecaps and a lot of wind and still didn't have a moment of uncertainty because the boat held up well against it

I had already booked this boat last year, and we booked it again today. Everything went very well, but I'm still disappointed that I wasn't informed that: - The GPS and radio aren't working - The anchor's electrical system isn't working; we have to pull it in by hand - The original ladder isn't there, which makes it difficult for some people to get back on the boat Having paid more than last year, for all these reasons, I feel a discount was necessary.

Hello, We booked a boat trip on August 8, 2025, via your app, and we would like to express our deep dissatisfaction with how the day went. From the outset, several issues arose: • Incorrect location: the boat was listed as being in La Ciotat, when it was actually in Saint-Cyprien-sur-Mer, an additional 30-minute drive plus parking at our expense. • Non-compliant equipment: the original ladder had been broken a few days earlier and replaced with a loose, unusable plastic ladder, making launching almost impossible. As a result, we were unable to enjoy swimming, which greatly spoiled our day during the heatwave. • Delay: We were there at 10 a.m. as agreed, but the person in charge arrived late and told us we could be overbooked, except that we had appointments already booked. • Exorbitant fuel costs: a full tank cost €177 because the gas station was out of order, and we paid the rental company by bank transfer, without even a goodwill gesture, due to excessive engine consumption, a point that wasn't mentioned in the ad. We didn't do much traveling. • General condition of the boat: presence of dangerous rusty spikes... not meeting the expected standards. Given these numerous inconveniences and the fact that the service provided did not conform to the initial description, we are requesting a partial or full refund of the service, commensurate with the damage suffered. Very nice owner. The boat is nice but the equipment is not functional (GPS broken, a makeshift ladder... very complicated to get back on after swimming) and we only found out about it once we were there.

Life on board was practical and pleasant...great. The boat's trim was broken, the GPS was broken...unpleasant for navigation. Everything else was fine ??

The owner was nice and welcoming, the boat corresponded well to our expectations. Small difficulty however because the boat was not in La Ciotat as indicated on the site but in the small port of La Madrague (20 minutes from there) which unfortunately does not have a gas pump. But the owner had warned us, so nothing serious.

When picking up the boat: The starter was broken, the cabin was dirty, and a complete mess with trash inside. The gas tank was not filled nor the water tank. The person in charge of the boat arrived 30 minutes late. In short, a very disappointing rental that I do not recommend.

Same experience as some opinions on the gas gauge…. Definitely not worthy of a “Great Owner” rating.

A pleasant boat to sail but it was missing a cushion for the rear seat. The automatic anchor no longer worked, so it was manual, and the onboard radio didn't work either, so no music. Sammy, the man who gave us the documents and keys, was very pleasant and friendly.

The shower didn't work

We enjoyed our outing at sea. The boat is great, it met our criteria as did the welcome. We had all the answers to our questions, they remained available all day, very friendly and very courteous person. A dream day for us. To be done again very quickly and above all with the same people. I recommend this service with my eyes closed. Thanks again to the whole team see you soon ??

We were welcomed by Romain who does his job very well. While cruising, off Allon Bay, we lost the rear seat due to the wind given that it was probably poorly secured. Fortunately, Frederic, Fisheries and Port Manager of St Cyr-sur-Mer, was able to recover it without damage. While waiting for this recovery, we suffered insults and catcalls from the owner Mr WICEM CHAMKRI despite various attempts at conciliation. He apologized at the end, probably realizing his mistakes. This is not the way to treat customers. Renting on AIRBNB, I have never seen such an excited person. I do not recommend renting anything from this person. Sincerely

Perfect, great day and boat as described. The boat is moored at the madrague (St Cyr), which means a bit of navigation to get to the Calanques of Marseille, but the coast is also very beautiful between La Ciotat and Cassis.

Very nice, well-maintained boat but 1 star for the price because the fuel gauge is half full and to say that it is at full capacity and that you have to return the boat with a full tank is simply called l scam. Especially since it can quickly be calculated, it can easily go up to 150th more. And 1 star for communication because I had asked if I could do the creeks and he told me yes and in the end I was stopped and obviously the boat did not have authorization while the base I was going there for that. Sorry but a lot of lies today.

Couldn't find the cushions for the front beach bench seat. Parasol added and very useful but no way to fix it (to keep). Maybe drill the table so you can slide it. A superb day aboard the Wicem boat which is in excellent condition. Everything is there for a comfortable day at sea with the family. We were able to visit all the creeks during the day, not beautiful weather. Also note the place at the port of La Madrague very easy and practical. Very good welcome also from Romain who was very accommodating with us. I highly recommend this boat for charter. We will contact Wicem and Romain again without hesitation if we return to the region to re-let this boat.

Dishonest owner! To flee !!! A reservation made for a pick-up at 10 a.m. in the morning and return the next day at 9 a.m. Owner unreachable for 15 days before our arrival. The day before, another person (very friendly) contacts me and tells me the rental times with a return at 6 p.m., outside my contract and my invoice are good for a return the next day at 9 a.m., which allowed us to enjoy the sunset. I then ask for an arrangement by returning the boat the same evening but at 8 p.m. instead of 6 p.m., which he clearly refused when I paid to have it until 9 a.m. the next day. In short, no discussion possible, when I was ready to make an effort on my side. I do not conceive of this kind of practice where we are contacted only the day before to tell us that the contract will not be respected, and that no effort has been made either on the schedules or on the price. It is simply theft because I paid for the duration of the reservation I had made. I usually rent boats and this is the first time I see this! and besides, it's me who makes me yell at, it was my fault! Take another rental company this one and just there to take your money!

Perfect boat for 8 people, great day spent. An additional sun awning or a device to create more shade at anchor would have been a plus for the current heat wave. A small delay in taking the boat but quickly compensated by the kindness of the owner who even offered drinks on the way back. A great day in the end for all.
