Skipper absent (hospitalized) so chaotic start but Enzo knew how to adapt and listen so that everything went as well as possible

Enzo is a top boy!!! The boat was great, we had a great day. I recommend.
Informed the day before of the non-availability of the rented (and paid) boat, I accepted without knowing which boat we would have. Pick-up made in Cassis at my request but with another skipper than Enzo (very nice), but it was a fairly small semi-rigid instead of a rigid hull rented on photo. No contract requested, no signature contrary to your procedures. I had insisted on having a sun rate (kids on board) but it was broken and we spent the whole day in full sun. Enzo unreachable in the evening on the way back to try to get compensation. Non-compliant service therefore (despite the efforts of the skipper aware of nothing) which does not commit me to repeat the experience.

My husband and I trusted Enzo for our last outing, and visit the creeks of Cassis. We were delighted with the services, punctuality and good humor. Enzo could not be our skipper but he appealed to Louis, a young man full of energy, who knows his region perfectly and has the pleasure to share it with you through many small stories. A wonderful trip out to sea, full of memories, THANKS again to both of you!

We had a little trouble getting organized and find the boat in time at the port of La Ciotat. We did not know the city, we were on vacation in Cassis but Enzo was very understanding and suddenly we spent a magical day in the creeks. Even if the weather was not great and back we had a lot of waves, thank you!
