Hello everyone, I'm offering this superb Capelli Tempest 690 for an unforgettable outing with family or friends, departing from La Ciotat. You can enjoy the sublime landscapes surrounding our region: the Calanques de Cassis, the fabulous Blue Cave, the island of Embiez, Port d'Alon, the island of Porquerolles, and many other magical places. The boat can accommodate 14 people if you have children, although 10 people are ideal for comfort. For your comfort, the boat offers: - a huge bow/stern sundeck - a Bluetooth Fusion sound system with 4 speakers - a magnificent high-tech table to enjoy your meals - a sun awning covering the dining area - several large storage lockers - an electric windlass - a swim ladder - a deck shower - a Garmin GPS depth sounder Optional equipment: - Towed buoy: 1, 2, or 3 seats, depending on your needs - Wakeboard - Paddleboard The boat will be delivered to you with a full tank of gas; any fuel used will be topped up upon your return. We had a really nice day on the boat — it was spacious and comfortable for the four of us, which was great. The skipper was very friendly and skilled, especially considering the ocean was quite agitated and the waves were high. A few points I wanted to share constructively: I booked the trip late in the evening the night before, and I wish we had been informed that the sea conditions would be rough. Sometimes the sea changes, of course, but you can usually have a rough idea the night before. Or could have told us in the morning if conditions changed over night. It is important for guests to know what to expect. Also, there weren’t many boats out, which suggested that many didn’t leave for the day because of the sea. We would have appreciated knowing that it might limit our plans. I had asked several times if we could go to the Calanques in Cassis and even specified the three we wanted to visit. When we arrived, the skipper (who was not the boat owner) wasn’t aware of this plan and was taking us to the Calanques in Ciotat instead. I understand the waves made Cassis unsafe, but I wish this had been communicated at some point. By 1 pm, the skipper mentioned waves of 1.5 m, so we stayed near Ciotat. We also ended the trip at 4 pm because we wanted actually, there was some wind - but that was really up to us and the skipper would have stayed as long as we wanted. While I understand the sea is unpredictable, a heads-up would have been helpful. We came prepared to see the Calanques in Cassis :( Regarding fuel: I had asked in advance and was told it would be 120 € for a full day. At the end, the skipper initially charged 120 € even though we started at 11 am and stopped at 4 pm without moving so much. We ultimately paid 90 €, but I’m not sure if this was a miscommunication or a language issue. Maybe there was more fuel used because of the waves. Overall, we had a good time and appreciated the skipper’s skills and friendliness. These small points are just suggestions for improving communication for future guests. The boat was nice and clean, and could use bluetooth for our own music which is a nice touch.
