Thank you for your welcome, Gérard! We had a great stay on Happy Day. The boat is well-equipped, clean, functional, and sails well. It's important to note that the forward cabin is quite short, making it comfortable for children or adults who aren't as tall as us (180cm).

Absolutely delighted and satisfied with our charter with Gérard, who rented us the "Happy Days" for three days. The welcome was very warm, and the boat was very comfortable, reassuring, and in excellent condition. We encountered some pretty strong winds in Antioch Bay, but nothing to worry about on the Happy Days! I highly recommend her, and thank Gérard again :D Fair winds!

Complete instructions for handling, pleasant and comfortable sailboat. Regarding navigation, we missed the wind vane, log, and mast light, but Gérard assured us that replacements should arrive soon. A good charter with very calm weather.

Made for coastal navigation, some adjustments necessary for a serene night navigation (operation of lights and backlighting of instruments). Hello, Gerard very nice, pleasant, who communicates his knowledge well and answers all questions thanks to his experiences. The boat is relatively simple to sail due to its equipment, its pilot software and its mainsail inside the mast. Despite magnificent weather, there was a lack of wind which prevented us from carrying out the program planned by Gerard and made us use the engine for the returns. I learned that to rent alone, it was preferably necessary to have a coastal license, which I should do. Very good experience to repeat.

We traveled 78 miles in 4 days, despite capricious weather we had a good stay aboard Happy Days!!. We recommend the port of ST Marin en Ré This Bavaria is well equipped for sailing and cooking. The furling mainsail was a discovery for us. Gérard explained everything to us perfectly before our departure at sea.

Nothing to say . Happy days is perfect for strolling between the islands. Simple to use, comfortable, but you have to admit that it is not ideal for regattas :-)

Very warm welcome on board the boat, which has an excellent location in the port of Les Minimes. With a good level of equipment, navigation between the Ile de Ré, the Ile d'Oléron, Rochefort and the Ile d'Aix is very easy and allows you to enjoy the beautiful moments of navigation with your family.

Super boat very friendly owner.

Gerard is very professional in the reception and the preliminary exchanges. The boat is not brand new and some equipment deserves a relift (windlass, stanchions, sheets and halyards, etc.) but the set still allows navigation. The boat is not a racehorse, but it does well upwind despite its furling mainsail. It does not have any dinghy or survival (it can be rented as a supplement from Uship La Rochelle at 12 € / day). On the other hand, well equipped with maps, pilots, compass and gps / plotter. If you want a decent boat for coastal sailing I recommend this boat.

We spent a few days aboard Happy Days under the sun of the La Rochelle region. Life is pleasant on board, there are all the comforts on board, whether it is for life on board or navigation (even if the autopilot has been capricious from time to time) nothing very serious. Gérard is very available and responsive! thank you !

If you like sailing "old-fashioned" it's the ideal boat: Fuel gauge broken, Loch-speedo out of order, broken cleat of winder of GV broken, deteriorated toilet and steering wheel which was unhooked in Full sea. Otherwise, if Gerard proceeds to all the repairs as he announced to me, nice boat. Luke
