Great communication before and during the rental. Very helpful and the boat was great. Wonderful experience!
First of all, our tour was going to start at 9 in the morning, but we informed that we would be 20 minutes late due to the delayed train, and the boat owner told us that it was okay because he would be half an hour late anyway. I found this situation very strange because if I didn't write, she wouldn't even let me know. In addition, she was late for an hour, not half an hour, and since our train arrived earlier than expected, we had to wait for her for 55 minutes, but we did not make this a problem at all, on the contrary, we informed her that we were visiting the lakeside and having fun, so it was not a problem for us. Apart from that, she showed us how to use the boat but did not tell us how to turn off the engine. Also, we were not given life jackets! On the paper we signed, it said 350 + fuel, but we paid 443 euros. We stated that our friend was going to propose to his girlfriend and asked her to prepare CHAMPAGNE and aperitifs, and she accepted this very confidently. There was neither champagne nor aperitifs when we were there! So we requested it agaib and they gave us a 4.5 euro Cuvee and a few types of salami and a dry bread!!!!!! We took a photo of the fuel needle before we started the tour, and we took it when the tour ended. We almost never used the boat because the weather was cold, so we usually stopped somewhere and enjoyed the view, and even though we had a photo, the boat owner asked us for 70 euros for the fuel. She was one of the most arrogant and rude women I have ever seen in my life! It was truly a disgraceful experience! Note: Everything I wrote has been proven on paper! Great trip and owners were very friendly. Was not ideal weather for us, but they offered blankets and we had a great time.

Andre and her Brother are friendly, knowledgeable entrepreneurs and offer a great boat rental service. If you have experience boating and are visiting como, this is a must do activity.
Andreas was so responsive and friendly and the boat was much nicer than I was expecting! The boat handled the windy chop on the lake with ease and was quite quick despite only having a 40hp engine. I would highly recommend them to anyone who was interested in a wonderful way to explore the lake!

One of the highlights of our holiday, we loved speeding along with the stunning views and great music playing on the stereo, a great way to explore lake Como. We stopped several times to go for a swim in the beautiful, mountain fed, fresh water. The hire guy ‘Andrea’ explained all we needed to know for a lovely trip. Be great if one day the boats could be electric as the motor can be quite noisy.
We loved our boat day on Lake Como! We were given very clear instructions and tips for finding the best swimming spots. The boat was very nice too!
Federica assisted us with our experience and we highly recommend her! Very kind and communicative. She taught me how to use the boat and 5 minutes after we were on our way to explore Lago di Como! The boat was perfect for a group of 6. It was bigger than we expected. Andrea was very responsive and gave us ideas of sites to see and places to stop and eat along Lake Como. Would definitely book with her again.
