Perfect, everything was simple, the guy who met us at the port was lovely. All round great.
Fabio welcomed us very warm. The boat was half an hour late due to the users before us, but twe got this time extra of course. After that, we were 30 minutes late and we did not have to pay extra. So I'm very satisfied with Fabio and would recommend him!
We had a wonderful time. This was a great experience. Roberto is so kind, very communicative and was very helpful for coordination when we planned our vacation. Well spent and would do it again!
The boat was a good size and comfortable. But the engine was governed (limited in order not to run at normal speed). This meant it was much slower and to get to certain points of the lake took much longer).
The boat was exactly as in the pictures, it was easy to find the location. Roberto was very kind and helpful! I can only recommend him and the boat! It was a fantastic experience to see the lake by this boat!

A great afternoon boating on the lake
The slowest and noisiest boat on the lake!
Disappointed by the lack of honesty of Fabio who took care of us on site. As a business move, he offered us the €50 for fuel (which he crossed out on the rental contract), in agreement with Roberto, his boss, because the weather wasn't good. We still sailed for 1 hour in the rain, out of the 3 hours reserved and paid for. And when we arrived, Fabio demanded the €50 back. It's shameful! He didn't keep his word or what was in the contract. I don't recommend it!
Roberto is clearly late, seems stressed and is not the friendliest. He wants an additional €50 in cash for "petrol", without a receipt, of course. Overall, the experience is good and, even with the additional €50, is still acceptable; generally recommended.
