Cons: were parked mainly at one place. Driven mostly with the small rubber boat, seems like it was saving on the benzin. No towels, no tea and coffee. Were back 1 hour faster than supposed to be Pros: amazing cook, everything was tasty. Experienced skipper.
Wonderful experience. The owner, Martin, was prompt and courteous in communication. The boat was amazing. The skipper was a lovely gentleman, and the chef was great. Not to forget Odette, the customer service star who personally received us on arrival to Eden Arena, with a big smile. All in all, a 5 star experience.
Missing Few details like: hand soap, dish soap, dish sponges. Overall amazing experience. Thanks to the skipper Roland.
Boat nickel and well maintained. He seems to have great communication problems with this professional because it takes a lot of insistence to obtain information. Moreover, the skipper was not informed of the agreed times and insisted on dropping us off 1:30 earlier than planned. He also wasn't very nice about it. A "I'm the boss, I'm the one who decides" does not have to be if the contract stipulates otherwise. The skipper lacked professionalism on several fronts, it was only the bare minimum with him. The cook, on the other hand, was excellent and we had a blast!
