We reserve a lagoon 42 from 2020 , but due to some technical problems they give us a lagoon 45 from 2018 as alternative , this boat is completely broken inside , the manual toilettes don’t work , the cabinet doors completely broken , no sunbath , the automatic and manual pumps don’t work , the boat have water in a hull completely full of water the pumps don’t work and we need to ask for help . The only thing that work properly is the motor and the dinghy , the other things are completely broken , the inside of the boat is completely change , is a “tunning” boat , the air condition desapear but the hole of the interruptor are uncovered , the tubes are not completely close and the water came from this air condition tubes to the hull . One holiday week that suppose to be for relaxing with the family ( 4 kids) is a completely nightmare as you imagine . If we would keep your reputation and aim to growth your business , please refuse partners like this , this is not a partners this is a big problem for the future of your business . I’am consider to present a formal complaint against this company that must have take in consider the safety of the customers .
