This was the best experience we had in Italy, it is in my opinion the only way to see the Amalfi coast. We went to Amalfi and Positano from Maiori. You can just anchor in and grab one of the water taxis to take you to shore. Skip all traffic. Not to mention stopping on the way and going for a swim off the coast. Giovanni is such a great host. I would recommend anyone to do rent from him whether you hire him as a skipper or rent his boat and be your own skipper, I Would recommend this to anyone and everyone. What an incredible experience we had. Thank you Giovanni. Will definitely do it again. Hopefully sooner than later.
Giovanni’s boat was in top condition, delivered to us at Amalfi, we explored the coast and dropped back to Maiori, he ran us back to Amalfi. All went smoothly and was good value.
Giovanni and his colleague were really responsive and they answered all our questions on WhatsApp throughout our day on the boat. They also gave us useful suggestions and recommendations! The boat was in very good condition and was easy to use as we drove it ourselves.
