Best day of our vacation. This was my first experience with a boat. It was super easy. Filippo introduced the boat very well.

We collected the boat in Maiori in which Filippo showed up late. He showed us (who have our boating licence) how to drive the boat well, however did not provide us with enough information on what to do when wanting to dock in other ports. I found it very challenging to communicate with this company, as they slowly responded to messages, and hung up the phone on us when we called from the water. The other thing to consider is the price of fuel. We drove from Minori to Positano and back, using a quarter of a tank of petrol, however they charged us for half a tank, and much more than was expected. Overall, would not use this company again, and would ensure that fuel prices are clarified before booking, as it severely increased the cost of the day.

Awesome experience renting the boat for the day in Minori. Extremely responsive communication throughout and easy to find the boat and check-in at the port. The boat itself was very clean and easy to operate. We were given instructions on how to operate the boat and places to stop along the coast for viewing and where to dock for lunch during the day. This was hands down the best activity of our vacation to the Amalfi Coast. Thank you!

Great service! Easy pickup and drop off makes it a seem less experience for those beginner boaters. Still had over a half of a tank left after boating to and from Positano and around the immediate area there. Large bow sun deck laying about when moored or stopped made this trip a breeze. Would rent from them again!

Quick pick up and reliable boat made for a fun day, albeit slightly windy. Couldn't find any live jackets on board (just in case), but was not concerned. The friendly staff gave clear explanation, and of you have zero experience it may be difficult for you to dock and fuel in Amalfi

Even though I didn't have previous experience I was given clear instructions how to operate the boat. The boat itself was very well maintained, spacious and looked very nice. Exactly as advertised. Someone will meet you at the entrance to the pier at Minori to check you in, and then you just walk out to the end of the pier and Filippo will pick you up in your boat, give you some instructions, and then away you go. Easy peasy.

The whole experience was great. Good communication before the rental. Boat was as advertised, clean, well maintained, ran great. Everyone was helpful. Great organization.

Good overall day but was disappointed in the staff when we dropped off the boat as we had filled the entire tank in Amalfi but when we handed over in minori the staff accused me of not filling up the tank. It’s disappointing that staff would try their luck at making an extra handful of money.

Need a bit more information on how to moor boat if wanting to have a look around positano or Amalfi

Amazing time, made it out to Capri and slow tour back down the coast. Very fuel efficient and plenty comfortable for the four in our group. Bluetooth speaker was added bonus and plenty storage. Very responsive and easy to pickup and drop off out of Minori - Highly recommend

Review for Boat Service En21 in Minori. Highly recommended experience. Boat check in was easy, and a quick explanation was given by Filipo and the staff with all the essential information, answering basic questions we had. Opportunity for improvement is better responsiveness to questions before the actual check in and/or booking. Don’t count on the anchor being heavy enough to actually keep the boat from drifting. I believe this is on purpose to keep people getting the anchor stuck/lost on rocks (they even recommend not using it for this reason). Instead, find a free or paid buoy to tie the boat to if you want to lay back and relax (no way of knowing which are free and which are paid, but look around and if they are paid buoys, someone will approach you). I had no previous experience driving a boat and everything went well; just did some previous research and boating 101s to stay safe. Despite being a small 40 engine, it does the job well enough and can reach about 17-20 knots speed, but if planning on going all the way to Capri, (depending on the weather) the return in the afternoon can be quite choppy and tricky for a smooth and safe ride, so make sure you feel comfortable with the boat before going all the way out to Capri and/or plan for a slower return back. Otherwise, you can easily stay closer to shore and go up or down the coastline. Finally, plan ahead for anything on the boat not working 100% (usb charging port in our case didn’t work) but we had a portable battery and had no prob. Other than that, (which btw is normal on a daily rental boat and equipment exposed to salt), the boat was in perfect condition.

Overall, my experience with Filippo was outstanding. From the affordable pricing to the punctuality of the team, every aspect was commendable. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a memorable boating experience. I will definitely be returning to Filippo for my future boat rental needs.

The boat is in good condition. The people that arranged the boat for us were all friendly and answered all our questions. We were able to go all the way to Capri and back with still a half tank of gas. It takes 2 hours one way. We paid 90 euros for the gas. My friends and I had a great time. Highly recommend renting this boat!

We loved our boat trip day! It was the first time that we had hired a boat on our own but I'm so pleased that we did. They showed us how to drive the boat and it all went really smoothly.

We arrived early but wasn't seen to until 09.15. Eventually got on the boat at 09.35. Communication was poor and nothing high lighted. We had a wonderful day and the boat was excellent in all ways. When we returned it all went sour. We were told the fuel charge was 80 euros for under half tank used and insisted this be paid in cash. Then as we were going to leave they ruined the whole experience by adding 50 euro penalty for returning at 17.45 there we were charged for being 10 mins over our rental time. Funny enough as I had no cash left I was allowed to pay the penalty by credit card. Please beware and get a better explanation than we had.

We were not got instructions as to where life jackets were located nor were we told about special buyies to use - this was important since the anchor fell off at first drop. It was clear there was no way it could have been our fault but we were charged to replace the anchor and spent time going back to get a new one. I still recommend getting a boat and this boat met our expectations for a family of 4. It was easy to reserve and access but clarify numbers to use when you need to call.

The boat is perfect for a trip along Amalfi coast. The check in was easy and the check out too. Expect spend half tank of gas and spend +/-70 euros in gas.

Renting the boat on the Amalfi Coast was the highlight of our trip to Italy!

The experience was really good. Filippo replied quickly and everything was clear. They did an explanation on shore and in the boat. Beware, there is an extra charge for fuel, aboyt 2€ per litre.

The boat was quickly handed over to us and only a few things were reviewed. It was not possible to ask practical questions about sailing along the coast or sailing in port etc., so you have to make sure that you investigate that yourself. But we had an amazing day on the water and the boat lived up to our expectations. It is definitely something we would like to do again!

Do yourself a favor and if you’re remotely thinking about renting a boat in the Amalfi coast, do it! It’s worth every penny. Now that you have decided to do it, rent this boat from Filippo. They were responsive, communicative, helpful, friendly, and the boat was in excellent condition. We picked up the boat at around 10 AM and dropped it off at 5 PM. Time flew by. We anchored a couple times, swam in the ocean, and cruises down the gorgeous Amalfi Coast. Gas surcharge was only €40. 100% would recommend. And if we ever find ourselves in Amalfi, we’ll make sure to rent from Filippo again.

Renting a boat and travelling up and down the coast is truly a must do experience. We were recommended this experience and company/boat by friends and were not disappointed. The boat itself is exceptional. Easy to drive and manoeuvre with plenty of grunt and a nice big sun bed at the front. There is no cooler box on the boat for keeping drinks and food cold though. Couple things to be aware of, that weren’t pointed out to us. 1. You’re technically not allowed to anchor within 150m of the shore. We did this, and a kayak tour operator told us we could receive a 10,000 euro fine. 2. Fuel isn’t included (which it DOES state in the advert), but when we finished they asked for payment and it had to be in cash. 80 euro for half a tank of fuel. 3. They didn’t clearly explain the use of the buoys/moorings. We weren’t sure which ones were private and public. But still got to use one in front of positano without any problems. Overall though a great experience and would do again. Great value for money if you have a group of 4 or more.

We thought this was going to be a half day boat trip tour, but it was just a quarter day trip around Capri for 400 Euro - go somewhere else for much better value.
