Overall rating
We had a great time today on Steven’s boat. The boat is clean, well maintained and suited our needs perfectly. Steven was great at communicating before the trip, and pleasant and friendly during the trip. We would definitely book with him again.
Very nice and clean boat, flexible and friendly service
Great experience with Steven
Regardless of the damage I caused to the awning, which I reimbursed in full at its replacement value (€1,531 including tax), without any deterioration (which is unusual for a 2017 awning), the boat was handed over to us with the bottom probe and electric anchor not working. In addition, the fuel gauge was malfunctioning; all without any commercial gesture on the price. The rental company also set the appointment time the evening before: 8 or 10 a.m.! Finally, I noticed that we were geolocated numerous times during our day of sailing. I do not recommend it at all.
Despite Steven's good humor and willingness, we encountered several problems that were not resolved: - Electric windlass out of order. - Depth sounder inoperative. - Swim ladder very difficult to operate. Not to mention the hob, which also didn't work. So, we had to raise and lower the anchor chain by hand and use our hands to determine the depth. This Cap Camarat 7.5 is not properly maintained by its owner. And of course, there was no goodwill gesture at the end of the rental. I would therefore not recommend this boat rental.
Not the boat we originally rented. The boat was old and poorly maintained; even the toilet was dirty. The owner blatantly tried to rip us off when we returned to the port's gas station.
Already made 2 reservations with Steven, everything went super well! The boat is compliant and in excellent condition, Steven is attentive and very professional. I recommend
