Wonderful sailing on this Bavaria 31 Holiday from 2009. The yacht is equipped with autopilot, automatic anchor windlass, chart plotter and more. With the draft of 1.85 meters and generous genoa you can really sail comfortably and close to the wind. This Bavaria 31 is also equipped with a folding propeller, so you do not hear the propeller turning while sailing and also have less resistance. A very nice yacht for a couple of 2 or a family of 3 or 4 people. The yacht is easy to navigate alone, partly due to the 'German Sheet System'; You can operate the sheet of the mainsail on both starboard and port with 2 separate sheets. Always handy when the crew is just chilling ;). All in all, a wonderfully complete yacht with lots of space and light for a nice holiday or nice sailing weekend.

Natasja and Simon were great and answered all our questions before and during the trip. We really enjoyed the boat, it was perfect for 3-4 people on a weekend. Don’t hesitate and go for it!

Communication with the owners was very friendly and good; there's nothing to complain about. The price was a little high in my opinion, but still within reason. The process was also good and easy. Unfortunately, the handover of the boat wasn't good. The technical systems were hardly explained to us. We couldn't use the autopilot because it wasn't explained to us. The gentleman at the handover only figured out how to turn it on with my help and then said we should play with it a bit and then we'd see how it worked. We didn't manage that. We couldn't use the chart plotter up at the helm either. It was supposed to mirror the view from below on the chart table, but up above it only showed the same static image. So every now and then one of us had to look down below to see if there was anything dangerous ahead. That was a bit of a shame. But we managed our trip without the equipment, even though we were absolute beginners. I only had experience with motorboats and a little theoretical knowledge of sailing.
The yacht was in good condition and is ideal for up to four people. Medemblik is a good starting point. A small tear in the sail was repaired, but it held up. A small recommendation: a current nautical chart, almanac, compass, and triangles would be desirable. Otherwise, I'd be happy to come again. Best regards, Jörg
Very nice boat, good to sail, very clean, very well equipped and functional, Wessel is very friendly, competent and helpful. The landlord spent some great days on the boat.
We had wonderful days on the boat in the Ijsselmeer with great weather. The boat was clean and communication was clear and easy.
It was a great time. The boat was in great condition. The handover by Simon was perfect and communication with the owner was quick and uncomplicated. I would gladly do it again. 5 stars
What is boat conformity? The faecal tank was full and could only be put in the harbor with a pump, which was a shame
