Friendly and helpful staff. Punctual at the appointment for check in and check out. The only small negative note, the boat is not equipped with a fresh water shower.

We had rented the Cap Camarat 5.1 for Thursday and when we arrived at the port and called the contact phone, our reservation had been misplaced and they had not planned it. We agreed to move our reservation to Sunday and as compensation for the mistake, they left us the Cap Camarat free on Thursday afternoon. We stayed with Antonio for the delivery of the boat and 15 minutes after leaving the port the engine stopped and they had to come after us. As they were no longer in Ciudadela, it took them 3 hours to arrive. They were very kind but as a consequence of all this was that we lost the afternoon of navigation due to no fault of ours and as the boat was not going to be able to get ready for Sunday they offered us at the same price a 2018 Semirigid in very good condition. At a general level I am not satisfied with the management since we were hurt by their mistakes by forgetting our reservation and losing half a day for free due to an engine failure. We asked to make up that half day on Monday as we had not enjoyed it but their justification was that they had given us a better boat than the one we had rented.

Nice boat for life on board and the quality of Cape Camarat Marine. No antifouling and 50 hp aging engine. We had a great day with sun to discover the wonderful reviews of the South of Menorca.
