Check in process was terrible zero communication just waiting around a lot of queuing once on the boat all okay staff were wonderful

The staff were incredible, a real credit to the whole process and we were blown away by the level of care and attention they gave us. A big thank you to the 2 girls who did all this for us. Grace, and her colleague (so sorry I forgot the name) We were a big group of 14 people and nothing was too much trouble for them. Dealings were Suzanne were as was required and efficient. Can’t recommend this boat and these staff highly enough for a big group of 15-30. Many thanks again to the staff.
Nice boat with good features (slide, sea scooter etc). The crew struggled with special requests (timing of visits to each location) with little willingness to be flexible. Eventually and after much discussion common sense prevailed and we had a good day on the water.
Incredible staff and experience. Best part of our trip was boating with this team and would 100% recommend and go again.
