Samara is a 2012 boat, bright and spacious. The cockpit in particular will surprise you with its size. Very well-equipped and comfortable, this boat will take you, with me as your guide, around the islands of Guadeloupe or elsewhere, in complete safety, departing from the Bas du Fort marina. The program and pace of your cruise are up to you. The boat's two spacious cabins will be dedicated to you. The boat can therefore accommodate 4 adults, the ideal number. Or even more if there are children. From €230 per day. Provisions and fuel are not included. Airport transfers are available at the beginning or end of the cruise. We spent three wonderful days onboard Samara! Jean-Francois is an experienced and confident skipper who takes very good care of his boat, equipment and of us, his passangers. He is attentive, patient and has such a positive and pleasant attitude. We felt completely safe and were so happy with the itinerary and activities he proposed in line with our wishes. We had so much fun! We can highly recommend an excursion or journey with Jean-Francois, and hope to relive it again ourselves some time in the future!
My friend and I went 3 days sailing to Les Saintes. From the first contact, Jean-Francois was very helpful to us! Communication was clear and our trip became a beautiful experience!! Nothing was too much for our captain. He was a relaxed, positive person on board. We enjoyed his company very much as well as his music playlist. Highly recommended!
A superb cruise, with three generations on board (from 13 to 83 years old, it wasn't a given). We all enjoyed ourselves, and then some. Jean-François, "Captain Confidence," knows his boat inside out and respects it and its passengers. Discreet yet present, he shared his sailing experiences with us, taking all our concerns into account. The only regret is that it only lasted four days...

Great navigation and stay on the Samara. Jean-François is an adorable skipper and also an impressive snorkeler. The boat is in excellent condition, the cabins are large and the deck very spacious. We sailed from Grande Terre, as far as Marie Galante, then Les Saintes. 5 days of sun, good wind and good mood. Thank you Jean-François for this adventure which brought together 3 generations and will leave only good memories.

Jean-Francois welcomed us on an irreproachable boat, in the best way. We particularly appreciated his great flexibility, his warm friendliness, the closeness he immediately created with the whole family and his patience with our children. It allowed everyone to enjoy a unique moment of discovery or reconnection with sailing in the magnificent environment of Les Saintes. During the stopovers, masks and snorkels as well as paddle available made it possible to discover wrecks, fish and turtles. Jean-Francois also made himself available to drop us off and pick us up when we went hiking ashore. Thank you again for this superb navigation break Jean-Francois!

Jean François was a great skipper and host. He was very caring throughout the stay, taught us a lot about navigation, fishing and the ecosystem of Marie Galante. These 3 days on the boat were a treat. We highly recommend Jean François and his boat Samara.
Very nice experience on a beautiful boat and with an awesome skipper. We were able to discover Marie Galante in the best conditions. And we will come back with pleasure to visit the Saintes.

64 ans, je pratique la voile, l'Ulm, la plongée en apnée et en bouteille, en autres. Je réside en Guadeloupe. Je possède mon bateau depuis 2015, je l'ai convoyé de Royan à Sète après l'achat. J'ai navigué ensuite régulièrement en méditerranée, en Corse, en Italie en Espagne et aux Baléares. Je l'ai convoyé de Sète en Guadeloupe en novembre et décembre 2021, en passant évidemment par Gibraltar, les Canaries le Cap Vert pour arriver à Saint François en fin de transat. Avant d'acheter mon propre bateau, j'ai régulièrement navigué sur des bateaux amis ou en location, comme skipper ou équipier.
