A terrible experience. The booking communication was poor, and the trip was worse. We agreed on a 500 euro deposit, but on the day of the trip, they claimed it was for fuel and cleaning fees, which were not previously discussed. The captain was extremely rude and sarcastic, responding disrespectfully to our requests. Additionally, the 350 euro cleaning fee was not mentioned before booking. One bathroom was not working, and the upstairs sofa was broken. When we complained, our point of contact Sandra was unhelpful and dismissive as when we asked for help “sorry cant help” she said.
Boat was amazing. Skipper was very good too and very easy to organise and communicate with. Great day all round.
We had a fantastic day on this beautiful yacht. Food and drinks are not included and must be pre-ordered. There is a starter pack with cold drinks and snacks for €10.00 per person. If you would like more food, you can pre-order it with Tomàs with about 24 hours' notice. Everything is delicious and ranges from simple to exclusive. The drinks menu is also impressive. Joan, our skipper, was first class, as was the rest of the crew. Very pleasant, a good captain, and an excellent cook. You can pay for everything on the yacht with a credit card. The service fee of €350.00, the optional food, and the fuel. The fuel depends on the distance traveled. The standard tour includes some beautiful bays and caves. We paid €180.00 for this. A deposit of €900.00 will be charged at the beginning, which will be canceled after the trip, so please ensure you have sufficient funds on your credit card. The yacht has everything you could wish for for a wonderful day. The sea scooters are also highly recommended. One costs €75.00, and two scooters are only €100.00 in total. A stand-up paddleboard costs €30.00. If you want, you can turn up the luxury a bit. There were six of us, and everyone loved it. An unforgettable experience. 5 stars in our opinion.
The booking was quick and reliable, we quickly agreed on the tour. And our skipper showed us beautiful bays, beaches and caves. We could swim wherever we wanted and Juan is a very courteous captain! With him as a skipper you feel very safe and well looked after and he gave us an unforgettable day! Everything went as discussed, no hidden costs. Thank you!
